  • Spamming is Strictly prohibited.
  • You can only send sms to your subscribed customers who want to receive the SMS from you.
  • You are not allowed to send messages to your customers asking them to send message(s) to or call a premium number(s).
  • You also have to maintain your opt-in data base with opt-in proof for all your customers, as long as you are sending messages to that customer.
  • If you fail to comply the rules, then UAE Operators (Etisalat/DU) will have the option to suspend your service, temporarily or permanently with or without notice.
  • Non marketing, P2P, Transitional and notification messages can continue normally without disruption.

Steps to purchase the SMS Credits  
  • Logon to PurchaseSMS.com using your "Username/Email" and "Password"
  • You are on the "Account Status" page. You can find a link to buy credits on top of the left menu. Click on the link.
  • Please select a package you wish to go for and enter the number of credits you required to purchase. This number has to be a whole number and cannot have a decimal point.
  • Click on the "Submit" button and you will be displayed the summary of your purchase with the total amount and the credits.
  • Click on the "Confirm & Proceed to Checkout" button to take you to the 2Checkout payment gateway.
  • Fill up the details such as your Credit card number, Expiry Date, CVV number(which can be found on the backside of your card) etc and submit the form. 2Checkout will show you a summary page where you need to confirm the purchase.
  • Once the payment process is completed successfully, Click on "Finish & Go to My account" and you shall be redirected to the "Account Status" page and would be able to see your purchased credits and cash balance.
