- You are only allowed to send messages to your customers (opt-in customers only) between 7 AM and 9 PM ( Only for U.A.E ).
- Spamming is Strictly prohibited.
- You can only send sms to your subscribed customers who want to receive the SMS from you.
- You are not allowed to send messages to your customers asking them to send message(s) to or call a premium number(s).
- You also have to maintain your opt-in data base with opt-in proof for all your customers, as long as you are sending messages to that customer.
- If you fail to comply the rules, then UAE Operators (Etisalat/DU) will have the option to suspend your service, temporarily or permanently with or without notice.
- Non marketing, P2P, Transitional and notification messages can continue normally without disruption.
